Background History
Care For Dignity And Inclusion (CDI) is a non-government organization registered under the Non-Governmental Organizations Act, 2002 of the Laws of Tanzania under the Ministry of Community Development, Gender, Women, and special groups on 17th February 2018, operating on both the mainland and Zanzibar Island.
CDI works to advocate rights or people with disabilities. we provide sustainable livelihoods, decent health, and quality education to children , youth, and mothers of children with disabilities. We provide psycho-social support to these groups through educational outreach and inclusion in development issues, gender-based violence prevention, health awareness, life skills training and economic empowerment.
having a society where people with disabilities are equal, healthy, well educated, economically stable and free from abuse and discrimination.
